RECLAIMING & PAYMENT
(At Max Bell Centre)
Sunday, from 7:30 pm - 9:00pm
Please Read Carefully!!
The following rules are in effect to receive payment
or to reclaim your unsold consigned goods:
- You MUST produce your Consignment
Tags to reclaim goods - NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Any item not sold by 3 pm Sunday MUST
be reclaimed between
7:30 - 9 pm, Sunday
- No monies or merchandise will be returned to consignors prior to
7:30 pm on Sunday
- Any monies or items remaining after 9 pm
on Sunday, will become the property of the New and
Used Ski Sale and be disposed of at their discretion.
- In the event of loss, compensation will be paid to the consignor based on
the full or half price as it was consigned
.
- Everything MUST be cleared out of Max
Bell Centre by 10 pm Sunday night by our volunteers - NO
EXCEPTIONS, as the Organizers have no storage facilities after
the Ski Sale.
