Condition of Sale of Goods at the New & Used Ski Sale

The New & Used Ski Sale is a "Consignment Sale".

These goods belong to our consignors from both the public and shops.
They do not belong to the New & Used Ski Sale or the hosting clubs.

All Ski Sale merchandise is sold "as is".

No warranty is expressed or implied on any items sold.

All customers are advised to have all ski or snowboard bindings
adjusted by a certified binding technician at a reputable ski
or snowboard shop before using the equipment.

WAIVER:

The purchaser acknowledges that there are inherent hazards involved with
the sports of skiing and snowboarding including the risk of personal injury or
death arising from the use of ski and snowboard equipment.

The purchaser agrees that he/she shall be responsible for ensuring that all
equipment purchased at the Ski Sale is in good working order before use.

The purchaser hereby indemnifies and releases the New & Used Ski Sale, the
Calgary Ski Club, Canadian Ski Patrol System and Lake Louise Ski Club, their
Officers, Directors, Members and Volunteers from any liability whatsoever
from product failure or personal injury or death resulting from the use of the
said products or any failure of or malfunction of the product.

The purchaser assumes all liability for any product defects or subsequent
failure after purchasing goods at the New & Used Ski Sale.
